How do you send your Nike cleats back if they are ripped and get a new pair?

My Nike Mercurial Vapor IV have a hole in the covered lacing part and i know that you can send them back and get a new pair. I've heard of people doing it but i never knew how to do it. Can someone help please?|||when you get your package.. there will be a few sheets of papers inside. incase there would be any defects and you would want to send them back. fill out the papers.. put them back in ther box.. and bring it back to the post office. =)|||there boots not cleats
