What is the size different for nike basketball shoes to nike sb dunk?

my shoe size is 10.5 us on jordan shoes, i just wandering if the size of nike sb dunk is a little bigger o much smaller campare to the sizes of basketball shoes?|||most nike SB is skateboard, i used to skate and skating shoes fit differently from basketball shoes.
