How do you get to go to a Nike Basketball Camp?

My cousin lives in baltimore, maryland and hes 17, i don't talk to him much, but hes amazing at basketball. Hes getting recruited by a lot of colleges. He's a point guard and he went to Steve Nash's Nike basketball camp for elite players. I never asked him, but did he get recruited to go there? Did he get invited?
