I have the nike plus kit and Brooks shoes and I have this thing called a shoe pouch www.shoepouch.com it attaches to your laces and the nike chip goes inside. Its cheap too and comes in all different colors. I love it =] Hope this helps!|||Not necessarily, but it does help to have some Nike kicks, yeah.|||no|||Nah, you can just hold it or whatever.
