How do I go about designing Nike sneakers?

I don't mean like Nike iD, I've done that before but I mean actually collaborating with Nike to design a colourway for a pair of their sneakers, say an Air Force 1 for example.





Thanks in advacne.|||there is a studio/shop in chicago that you can make a custom pair of Nike's. And I think you can do it online, im not positive though.
