How can I buy Nike promotional posters found in sporting good stores?

I talked to the store manager and said they are not allowed to give out those posters. They have to send them back to nike to be destroyed. Does anyone know how to get one (legally)? I offered the guy 20 bucks, and he said no|||boston celtics would dominate
